Destination Education is currently looking for an experienced ICT Teacher to join an all age special free school in The London Borough of Barnet. The position will be to start in January on a part or full time basis (flexible). The special free school cater for students aged 5-19 years with a primary diagnosis of autism. The school was developed to engage and motivate pupils by providing a curriculum that is set up for their individual needs and ensuring inclusion is at the core. 
 
The ICT Teacher will join a school that promotes a positive, supportive and secure environment, with strong relationships between staff, students and parents. The school will be relocating to High Barnet at Easter where they will be based in a brand new state of the art building.  The school can offer small class sizes, great IT resources and good career opportunities.

The ideal ICT Teacher:-

• Ability to teach ICT in accordance with the GCSE curriculum
• Some experience teaching students with special educational needs and autism would be desirable not essential
• Able to plan and deliver ICT lessons to students across secondary ages
• Confident, passionate and hardworking ICT Teacher
• Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
