Destination Education are currently looking for an excellent phonics base Teaching Assistant to work in a lovely part of Redbridge, London. Within this Full Time role you will be working across the Year 5 classes supporting students individually for those who are in need of 1:1 phonic booster sessions. This ofsted rated 'Good' school are based in a lovely part of Redbridge with non restrictive car parking as well as being based only a 9 minute walk from the closest station. 

The ideal candidate would be somebody who has at least 2 years experience working within a phonics setting or somebody who has a 'Read, Write, Ink' qualification or a 'Fresh Start' qualification. However, the school would be open to supporting the successful applicant with on and off the job training to ensure the applicant is up to date with all of the correct training.Destination
