An excellent Primary School located in East Ham have an opening for an Early Careers Teacher (ECT) to join their enthusiastic and welcoming team. As an ECT, you will be supported by experienced staff members and have dedicated PPA time to ensure that you are benefiting from training and professional development. This role would involve delivering engaging lessons, guiding pupils in their academic growth, and cultivating their social and emotional development. You will work closely with our experienced educators, benefiting from their mentorship and support as you refine your teaching skills.

• Qualified Teacher Status is essential (QTS)
• While experience is valuable, your fresh perspective and eagerness to learn are equally important. This school values diversity and welcomes applicants from all backgrounds.
• Work collaboratively with other teaching staff to ensure planning and resources are effective.
• Deliver teaching that meets Ofsted criteria for outstanding lessons.
• Maintain assessment of pupils by following the school marking policy.

• Implement behaviour management that promotes positive behaviour.
