Office / Compliance Administrator

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and legislation in the education sector.
  • Develop and maintain compliance frameworks and documentation.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and address areas of risk within the agency's operations.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in education regulations and advise the leadership team on any necessary actions.
  • Prepare and submit reports on compliance status, issues, and improvements.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues and complaints.
  • Coordinate with external regulators and auditors when required.

Administration:

  • Organising paperwork and documents for office files.
  • Creating working files for candidates.
  • Copying of personal documentation to support applications.
  • Processing candidates’ weekly timesheets.
  • Completing relevant background checks.
  • Processing DBS checks.
  • Updating database for personnel information.
  • Assembling interview packs.
  • Diarising and processing yearly updates of candidates’ personal and work information.

You must be confident, have a strong grasp of the English language, have excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and be able to hit the ground running.
